Alexis was the best landlord I've ever had! We loved living in our apartment managed by Perfect Solutions, she was so attentive and quick with any repairs or issues we had. We never had any issues getting in touch with her, and she was so reasonable. She never raised our rent or bothered us either. She sent our security deposit within a week of us moving out! I would totally recommend renting with this company.

Ive been renting with this company for a while now and never been happier. Super easy communication with management and things always get done in a timely fashion. Very kind, understanding and reasonable people to work with. Rentals are always clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a company that truly cares about their renters.
