Mcsherry used to manage the Nolan apartments in Morrisville pa , and they were a great place to live , the owner of the apartments switched to aion management and omg what a nightmare aion management is , they turned a beautiful place to live into a nightmare place to live .. we want Mcsherry back over here ..

Great Property Management Company, I've been renting from them for years and they are always very responsive to any issues that need to be addressed. The staff is always so friendly and professional. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent an apartment in the Philadelphia area!

This company is out of business. I have many days calling them and they never answer it goes straight to voicemail and I have left voicemails and they were never returned. I also called all the extensions and all the departments and noe of them answer. So in conclusion, this company is out of business. It should be removed from the search results.

Very unprofessional! Don't care about tenants or home buyers, more worried about making sure landlord/sellers interest is first and collecting rent/commission and tenants/buyers health and safe condition their last of their concerns. Had to wait on multiple occasions until they felt like to fixing/repairing unsafe concerns at the property we rented only to have the same problem again within a month or two due to poor repair in order to safe on cost and then try and pass that cost to the tenant when it's the landlord and their responsibility as property managers. Will lie in order to get their way. L&I had to be involved due to health hazards to be corrected don't even care if kids leave in property and not even having a license to be renting property as landlord was scamming until L&I got involved. Be very careful before moving or buying one of their properties. Highly recommend hiring a good home inspector not recommended by them to avoid any surprises not disclosed when you move in or buy a property from them. Due your research!! 6 days later and think that a reply to a review is going to make you look professional. Been calling for months and looks like my contact it's block on your system and now you want to offer to contact you because now is convenient for you not when the consumers needs to have concerns address a per fair housing laws. You will be reported to all pertaining agencies about your lack of professionalism towards the tenant/buyers but prioritize the owners/landlord needs above anything else.
