Horrendously negligent management company. On move-in day the property manager had nothing set up for me (apartment wasnt clean, keys were not in there, power wasnt working, blinds falling apart). My apartment building has a non-functioning call box (although advertised to have one), so packages requiring signatures cannot be delivered and all delivery people, guests, and service men that have ever entered the building in the past, have the code to get into this building. It takes weeks for maintenance to make repairs, and management is rude and non-actionable when requests are made. Stairway lights have been out for weeks and nothing has been done, even though this is a major safety issue. Dont live in these buildings, not worth the money at all.

TL;DR Lots of issues with this company. In the past, I think they were better to rent from. The buildings seem semi-luxury (and they have been nicely renovated/are new), however the buildings lack amenities and are rife with issues. I would not recommend renting from them. When I moved in, the freezer did not work. The whole fridge was finally replaced 7 months into my lease during which time I never had a functioning freezer. I was given a one-time $100 rent credit. Communication is central to many of the issues I experienced. The office does a poor job of following up on ongoing issues and fails to resolve issues in a timely manner. It seems that the company has bitten off more than they can chew. Too many properties and not enough staff to manage resident and building issues. Trash removal is also poorly managed. While trash is supposed to be collected 3 days a week, there were many weeks it was only collected once. This meant that trash was overflowing and would often block the door out of the building. The trash bins are in the same location as the parking and it was an absolute mess most of the time. A major structural (and safety) issue with the building is the windows. A few have completely fallen out of the building. One of my neighbors reported issues with their window. It was never followed up with thoroughly. A few months later the entire window piece fell out and into the parking area. It's been nearly 7 months since then and the window has yet to be replaced. The apartment has had plywood covering the gaping hole for 7 months and counting which has lead to leaking and temperature regulation issues. I doubt my neighbor will receive any kind of compensation for this. If you don't encounter any problems during the length of your lease, you'd have a perfectly fine time. I just wouldn't count on it. I did receive my full security deposit back, so 1-star for that. Maintenance is also really helpful and delightful to interact with.

Management is beyond incompetent. They are seemingly too inept to address long-term matenience problems and will not reimburse tenants for issues that largely inconvenience them. Look somewhere else for housing.
