Print center wont let you take horrendously printed prints home to try to navigate how to print it better.

This review is for the lady in the printing department. Didn't get her name but she should be running that entire place if she isn't already. I was in the Thursday 9/29 in the afternoon to have some copies of flyers made for an event I'm doing. My image wasn't the right size and took multiple passes of trial and error to print correctly. She was extremely patient despite my cluelessness and eventually we found the exact version and size that I needed, not to mention I had 4 different files we were juggling that were all very similar. Meanwhile, she dealt seamlessly with multiple other customers, including one who was quite rude. All this with complete calm and efficiency. If everyone had her attitude and work ethic our world would be a much better place. My hat goes off to her and I couldn't have gotten my flyers right without her help. Not often you see this type of service in a corporate store. If the manager or boss in this place can see this, give this lady a raise! She deserves it.

Yvonne in the print and marketing department is incredibly helpful. I submitted an online order for 500 brochures and she made sure to call and check on a few details before printing all of them. I can't wait to see them! I was so nervous about submitting my order online and she made me feel confident that they will look great. Thanks again Yvonne!
