This company is ridiculous. I have been going here for years and havent had this issue before. I came after a year to get my eye exam, the doctor increased my prescription by a quarter. When your prescription is changed they usually give you a trial pair of contacts until your prescription arrives. The doctor gave me one eye my previous prescription and one eye my current because she said thats all they had. I was still struggling with the old prescription so I called to see if maybe they had more trial pairs in my new prescription the associate told me yes. I came in to get them today and they were my previous prescription and I was told over the phone she had the new ones, further more my contacts and my glasses are taking very long to arrive and I need them, after I finally pick these prescription contacts and glasses up I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. Also the associates could have also easily called another location to see if they had them and I would have driven to go get them but they just said sorry
