Upon my arrival I was cordially greeted with professionalism by staff. Staff were very apologetic due to the lengthy wait but very attentive once my name was called. I was provided a full explanation of my vision healthcare plan and the promise date of glasses , to be delivered. Go Vision Works @ Chestnut Hill and Special thanks to Ms. Pat !!!

I love the team at the Chestnut Hill Visionworks. They are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. They make sure that you understand your coverage in order to do what is best for you. I started with just myself coming to this location but now they take care of my entire family. If I had to I would rather wait than to go to a different location.
