        Paid for an eye exam only to be told that pupillary distance isnt provided, which leaves me unable to order any frames online. This isnt 92 no one wants to have to return to a retail store every time you want to order new frames. This also feels like an easy way to force you to purchase from them. The customer service Rep from the medical records dept was very kind, however this business practice is silly and should have been clearly stated during my appt.

It's important to clarify that PD measurements are typically part of the fitting process for glasses, conducted by the optician in the optical store. As we don't own our optical store, their policy is to provide the PD during the fitting process. To assist patients, there are numerous "how to" websites available for further assistance.
