My family member had a horrible experience here with the lead doctor, he loved the staff & they became friends but the lead doctor was abusive to some of the elderly patients, luckily my cousin was much younger and knew how to handle unprofessional situations & reported the doctor

The main complaint is the food...it does not comply with dietary restrictions and twice I was not given a lunch I could eat.
After 7 days ALL my meals were cold. And sometimes.over nuked. No one was able to get the kitchen staff to correct food errors such as pork free or ice cold.

I have not heard any good things from people who have stayed at this facility. They verged on neglect of a friends who have stated there. It is not surprising because they are terrible neighbors who have total disregard for the people who live near their property. How ironic since they are apparently training nurses who are supposed to have empathy and compassion. There should be a no star choice.

85% of the employees are SUPER lazy and unprofessional. The head nurse on the 4th floor doesnt help at all and didnt want to help my family member who need assistance because shes fall risk to the bathroom while the CNA was on break. All they do is sit on they phone play games and fall asleep at the desk and ignore the emergency RED BUTTON thats being push.
If your not going to be an active family member thats coming there every day to check on your family, DONT SEND THEM THERE.

My best friend had a heart attack back in October 2023 and was under temples jurisdiction and nursing & rehab facilities that were abusing as well as neglecting him we call APS adult protective services in which case he was sent to accelerate the staff is wonderful her and my fiance feels safe, comfortable, and is able to finally start the healing process with positive energy as well as a special thanks for pastor Geno Jennings and Mr. Williams (FIRST CHURCH OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST)praying for his healing that landed him in Accelerate
