MPACHealth Monumental Post Acute Care

This is the most ghetto unprofessional place I've ever experienced in the medical field. They barely take care of their patients. There is no cohesiveness amongst the staff they constantly finger point at each other when problems are addressed. Very defensive when addressed.

Coordinated healthcare at it's best. The staff really care about each patient and resident.

Did not provide adequate nursing care for my family member who was left unattended and ended up on the floor. The place is a joke. Social worker thinks shes important, very condescending and rude, expecting me to do her job. Charge nurse is fake. The Dr is ridiculous as she kept avoiding speaking with me walking back and forth in the hallway waiting for me to leave instead of coming into the room like a professional. No concern shown for my family member. The only staff that seem to care about doing their job appropriately are PT/OT and Speech. I work in healthcare, a Doctor for 20 years and to see lack of attention in this place by the staff was ridiculous.
