It is now a shelter for couples and individuals struggling with homelessness, addiction, and mental health issues. They are still helping many people in a positive way.

I cant even begging to describe the happiness and the appreciation for this home . The staff are the best , this place its filled with love , positivity, and most importantly it gives you hope to start over .. I was homeless nobody will take me in because of my dog , every place I when to deny me so I ended up homeless under the bridge I-76 . Till this angels from project home came and understood my situation and made sure they came back and got me as they say they will . Now am getting a second chance at life , my dog never been happier , I only been here less than a week and I can see the vibe and the love around me . I just want to say thank you to all the staff at sacred heart recovery residence, for making me feel welcome and comfort, for they understanding and compassion and never judging and making sure that from this point forth I will only Look forward. Thank you ladies and gentlemen this place wouldnt be how it is if it wasnt for the staff who actually care about us . Who actually go out their ways to make sure we succeed when we return back to the real world .. I know my life will change because of this home , they gave me an opportunity at life , plenty wont understand, they pick me up when I was at my lowest point ready to give it all up . So fellas never loose faith we do got good people left in this world that actually care , and that will actually help you but u have to start with yourself to make those changes and here I will learned how to keep my head up and never look back .
