went to roar last weekend with my two younger nephews who are 11 and 13. i thought this was going to be a fun little zoo cafe but boy was i wrong. our server came out in what looked like her under garments, then asked my 11 year old what kind of tequila he wanted. i was baffled. my nephew doesnt drink tequila, i cant believe they would assume that. he prefers dark liquor in his sippy cup. terrible service. when i asked to speak with the manager this guy who i believe was named ramadan came out, that has to be a fake name so i wonder what else they were lying about? we ensured that none of our entrees contained peanuts because my 13 year old is deathly allergic, ramadan said that the kitchen does not take special requests and told my nephew to be a man. now my 13 year old nephew is in the hospital and my 11 year old nephew is an alcoholic. i was already on rocky terms with my sister but now she is expecting me to pay the hospital and rehab bills, and now i am in serious credit card debt, i might have to commit tax fraud to keep up with the payments. if i get arrested you will be hearing from my lawyer. will definitely not be back here.

Can use better management. Ramy a manager from there came over to the section I was in. Tried to tell us next time we want to come book everything through him, instead of my friend that works there as a promoter. He don't care about his staff. The promoters not even allowed to have fun, or apparently talk to us while we in the building. Like where's the customer service. The whole staff just be looking bored. The idea of the promoter is to bring in the crowd but new management making them look dull. I honestly feel bad for the staff for dealing with someone who just so egotistical and just want to make himself look good.
