        I always have a great time at Recess. As one of the only spots open after 2am in Philly, it's a great way to turn up for a night cap. The music is always on point.

        just don’t order any drink with ice. i ordered only a cup of ice water and there was something frozen inside the ice and the water did not taste good. no idea what it was but threw it away immediately
