Brian the owner was a huge help and a true professional. We live in Point Breeze and had questions about sealing our fiberglass roof deck. We had a few different quotes each over $2000. Brain told us the work was not necessary, gave us some maintenance tips, sealed up a few spots free of charge, and told us our roof was actually in great overall shape. He came highly recommended and we would 150% recommend Custom Fiberglass LLC.

I discovered Custom Fiberglass via referral from a work colleague. The work they do is second to none, and their professionalism is as good as it gets. They are prompt, reasonably priced, and easy to deal with, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of fiberglass services. I had CFI re-gel coat my roof top deck. At the time the work seemed good. After about 4 years the paint started cracking (I thought it should have held up longer). I contacted them for an estimate on fixing the cracks and re-gel coating the roof. When they came to give me the estimate they tried selling me on expensive fixes that I didn't ask for or need. They told me how I got such a great deal the first time but now the same work would cost at least double. I asked them what color was used the first time since it wasn't listed on my invoice from them. They said they keep good records and would get back to me. Over a period of roughly 3-4 weeks, they provided estimates for the work I didn't want, but not the work I did. I had to continually request the estimate. Brian got back to me a final time saying that they never did any work for me as they have no record of doing so (even though I gave them my invoice from them), they had just gotten a large commercial contract that would keep them busy the rest of the summer so they couldn't do my project. Needless to say, they never did tell me what color was used on my deck. Don't use them if you want to deal with professionals or a company that backs its work and supports its customers!
