Stopped going here in October, got a message today saying I have an appointment with the doctor on the 27th lol, I stopped going here the Dr. Is arrogant and therapist was running his errands during my sessions smdh

Maybe they took the advice from the negative reviews, but I was treated with respect, and my Therapist is a sweetheart. Haven't met the psychiatrist in person,but our phone session was wonderful. I felt understood and heard. It's an older building but if you can look past the surroundings, the people are worth it. Update- the Dr and Therapist are great, the front desk however-no one knows what anyone else is doing, they lose appointments, won't have meds preapproved until you call for a week, every day,relentlessly. But, the drs are worth the front desk hassles. Update - at least one of the receptionists is disgraceful. I'm happy with my therapist and Dr, but they may not be worth the abuse you'll receive by the front desk

Go else where the front desk has a problem with changing and sending ur prescriptions to somewhere else ..go else where

The staff at this facility is very unprofessional. They do not care about the client's mental health. I understand why they ratings are so low I wish I would have paid attention before I became a client there.

This place is horrible. Therapist didn't tell me during my intake that they didn't prescribe the medication I've been on. Played dumb when I confronted, but gave the truth up when he turned it around placing blame on my prior Dr.
