On Jan 17th my 10 year old daughter was giving a drug test and pregnacy test the test was done by one of the male staff members on the stabilization unit on this site that male staff member told my baby she was pregnant my daughter was confused he proceeded to ask my baby if she was being " grown & nasty" he then went to another staff member on the unit and told him that my child was pregnant that staff member also made the same comments to my baby. My baby is home schooled and is not a child with behavior issues no test should have been done thos place has dropped the ball and now ww feel like it's no safe place for mental health for our children in the city. This situation has caused us more stress.

first off i want to start off by saying the staff should most definitely be fired, they didnt care about anything that kids had going on and one staff member even said something negative about a childs mother which provoked him to go off on him and try to fight him. there was a schizophrenic girl in there about the age of 12 or 15 and one of the staff members sat and joked about her. the philadelphia system definitely failed us children and i hope i never have to go back there again. it was very traumatic

I read the reviews and Im just baffled by peoples comments. I went there Friday midday. The lady at the front desk was awesome. She took care of me and assured me everything was going to be OK on answered all questions that I asked its a lengthy process, but I would wait as long as I have to to evaluate my child correctly and I went with the expectation knowing that there was going to be other people there doing the same thing was there for about maybe 4 1/2 hours but was able to resolve my daughters crisis, which was the main reason why I was there we went with a 20 day outpatient program and My daughter is doing extremely well so far guess everyone experience is different just go in with common sense and treat people correctly and I guess theyll give you the same energy back. I just want to say thank you guys for looking after My daughter, and taking care of her

If I could give a zero star review I would. My son arrived here with his school therapist, my husband and myself. The doctor who evaluated him was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Poor bedside manner could have been overlooked. The main reason for this review is the sleeping arrangements. My son was going to have to sleep on a mat with a sheet in a room with multiple children. The facility was cold. The kids were Hungry. The staff had no compassion for these poor kids who are struggling. Cursing and threatening to give them more Benadryl if they didnt behave. Please look into other facilities if possible.
