Have you you ever tried to get lymphedema supplies? I did and I got so much run around, the Im sorry we dont carry your size, and/or your insurance dont cover that. I use to have more than my share of problems getting lymphedema medical supplies with having health partners as an insurance. I came to Better Health Better Living about 5yrs now looking for a store for medical supplies only to fine out that they not a store but miracle workers. I spoke to Marlene in the matter of days she got health partners insurance to approve everything that the doctor put on the script. Better health better living help me when I was at Nova Care to get a Flexi touch machine , Einstein and now at Nazareth Hospital for lymphedema supplies. If your doctors, therapist, family or friends having a hard time getting your insurance company to pay for your medical supplies. This is the company you need to call. Why work harder and be frustrated when you can work smarter get the insurance company to pay for everything you need. I value Better Health Better Living services so much in 2018 and 2019 I got ppshows.com to put Better Health Better Living advertisement on the Dell Music Center Screen during the Patty Jacksons Party in the Park Concert. I believe this was the best way to get at least 1 person help with there insurance the way this company has helped me.

I called for a Nebulizer this morning. I asked about delivery options as I was unable to get there. I was greeted by an aggressive Marlene who suggested delivery was an option but that I wouldn't get it until the end of next week, afyer telling me she had them onsite. She, not so nicely, suggested "go borrow a car or have someone come in". I ended the call amd attempted to find a ride. No luck. When I called back, Marlene was even more aggressive. She suggested that I "hurry up and give her the info she needs because she was in meetings and I was disturbing her". She gave me a fax # after indicating "I don't do that" when I asked for an email to get the prescription to her. This angry woman actually made me anxious.I found a ride and arrived at a not so desirae location 1 hour and 10 minutes before their closing time of 5pm. Doors were locked and I was greeted by Marlene via a Ring doorbell. I was told (again aggressively) "I told you to call before coming" (actually I was never told that as she didn't know I was securing a ride.) She said "no one was onsite to give me the Nebulizer and I would have to come back tomorrow. As I explained I couldn't come back. She offered to ship it so I asked her to take the prescription since I didn't have access to a fax. She refused to come to the door and suggested I leave the prescription with the corner pizza store. They refused to take my prescription, which I understand as this is in direct conflict with the Hippa laws. I'm taking my business eleswhere and will be sure to include all of my contacts in the Healthcare field to do the same. Marlene is a HORRIBLE business person and I certainly don't believe for a minute that she is the "owner". I left her a message (since she wouldn't answer my calls) letting her know exactly how she made me feel and what a piece of shit I think she is.

I'm shocked to see any good reviews here. I called this morning for a Nebulizer and was greeted by a very uptight Marlene. I asked for delivery and she made it clear that it was a problem and that I wouldn't receive it until late next week. Ok. She, not so nicely, told me to borrow a car and come get it. I called back indicating I couldn't get a car, she literally sighed, got loud and told me I was disturbing her as she was in meetings. She told me I would have to "hurry up and give her my info" so she could get back to her meetings. She gave me the fax #. I don't have access to a fax either. I was able to get a ride to a not so desirable neighborhood before their closing time of 5pm. I was there just before 4pm. Door was locked. She answered the ring doorbell and was angry that I was there (after she told me earlier she had one onsite). Not only did she close early, but she also refused to take my prescription. I was told "I told you to call before coming" - I was never told that as ahe didn't know I was coming. Finally she suggested leaving it with the woman at the counter of the pizza shop next door. That woman refused to take it. I would be very surprised to find put that she owns this business with the way she spoke to a customer. Not once but twice. I wouldn't advise going here. She's a mean and negative person who clearly is too busy to either own a business or work for one.

I would be very surprised to find put that she owns this business with the way she spoke to a customer. Not once but twice.
