My Dad passed a week ago on hospice services. This company tried to blame that they had the wrong phone numbers for our family members. Small miracle that the pick up driver called my Moms line today and they did have her correct number as they called this daughter back yesterday. Very sad to lie to people and I hope its your loved one looking at an empty hospital bed in tears because they had a piss poor company providing service and having your children move the equipment to the garage to be out of sight.

They delivered filthy equipment, driver said there is no shop person to clean the equipment and that they are instructed to pick up dirty equipment from the deceased and immediately take it to the next person's house so they don't have to drive to their warehouse to get new or clean equipment. Was told they are only given a degreaser and odorban and no actual disinfectant when they are actually given anything. They carry diseases and viruses from house to house. also have now delivered 4 broken concentrators to my house.

I would rate our experience with Comm. DME as very good! I want to commend driver/worker Mr. Ron McReynolds as doing a great job! He covers lower Delaware. He hustled, was knowledgeable and was always very courteous. Thanks again Ron!

We received all of our equipment quickly and the staff was pleasant and set everything up where it needed to be. Much appreciated!

2 deliveries ,2 different days and BOTH times he left the gate wide open and MY DOG RAN AWAY!! Thankfully after a few hours we got her back, unharmed!!!
