Absolutely worse company ti deal with.. a simple process of confirming my insurance coverage is taking days and days.. we have to follow up .. no one bothers calling back.. we have to call insurance company to do the job they r supposed to do.. and the best part.. they do not even contact the Insurance company..and when u ask to speak to supervisor .. they put u on long hold.. if u have an option.. I wud suggest trying other companies.. dealing with them.. is like scratching your eyes out

Ive been waiting nearly a month for easy, common medical supplies. Have gotten every excuse in the book: never received orders missing information" "insurance uncooperative They blame everyone else and NEVER accept responsibility. Problem is EveryOne they blame can prove hat what they are saying isnt true. Miserable expirence.
