Do not use this vendor!!! Horrible customer service and very rude. This is my sons gmail account I am using because I want everyone to know what this vendor does. My husband had surgery for colon cancer last week and we have attempted to get supplies for his temporary ileostomy. They sent us the wrong bags( we received urostomy bags for urine drainage). They claim the visiting nurse gave them the wrong item #. I personally saw the visiting nurse write the correct#. When we called to get the right items they told us the nurse needs to call. When the nurse called they said our insurance would not pay for the bags. Wrong!!! Insurance stated they will pay for them. We also got a special belt that we had to pay out of pocket because they said insurance would not pay. Wrong!! Insurance said they would pay for it. Fradulent business that does not care for consumers. I am a registered nurse who is appalled that this company is allowed to do what they do.
