These people do not care about their patients. I would not recommend anybody go to Excell medical center. their philosophy is that pain is a normal part of life and that people should just learn to live with it!

There are so many cons to going here that it ends up not being worth it if you could receive better care elsewhere. To start, Ebony (one of the receptionists) is so rude and short. Shes the main reason Im looking for a new PCP. I received a text message stating that I had a followup scheduled on a date I never scheduled with a doctor Ive never seen before. So I called to reschedule that and I learned that my PCP no longer does their practice there. I had waited months to get my lab results reviewed (my PCP didnt show up to our telehealth appt a while back) and at this point I was just wanted the results. Ebony told me that in order to receive the results I had to come in and see a doctor. I tried to explain that it would be tough due to my work schedule but of course, she didnt care. I finally gave in and gave a date to schedule a follow-up. Ebony abruptly hung up after that. This alone was super frustrating and upsetting. She was so rude, but I know karma will do its thing. Aside from this interaction, when I went in, Id be waiting an hour before I spoke to my doctor, the location is awful, and Ebony is just as rude in person as on the phone. I am currently seeking another PCP. The short distance from my house to the office isnt worth all of this.
