The Rehab Department was great but know your insurance. The Social Work Discharge Planning Department does not know the Medicare Regulations. It could have cost my family thousands because they (Moss Rehab) did not know the regs. Then when they realized the mistake, they covered their tracks. Just know your insurance because they don't.

Been here couple times for my shoulder rehab . I did the first rehab with Nancy and I'm currently doing the post slap tear surgery rehab with Tatyana. They both are nice and fun to work with . The place is near my house so that helps too.

My first 4 visits went well. However on the 5th visit to have a re-evaluation I explained why I wasn't doing home exercises and the therapist tried to tell me how I should schedule my life to do 3 a week. I explained I can do 2 but it would be difficult to do 3. The reason being of a temporary personal situation of taking care of a relative and not being in my own home. She also didn't take into consideration that I have other medical conditions. Maybe they should take a look at the med form you fill out on your 1st visit. Then they ask the same questions again so they can enter it on the computer. Maybe they should be a little more reasonable n considerate of a persons feedback.

Really bad service! Get a second opinion ASAP! To many great rehab places to deal with this lack of service. Will never recommend to anyone!
