Mattress Firm Front Street

I picked this particular mattress firm for it's proximity location from my new apartment that I had just moved into 3 weeks prior. I was forced into buying a blow up mattress knowing that it would not be a wise purchase. I was proven right quicker than I thought I would be. Within 2 weeks a small pinhole must have happened and caused the bed to deflate. many sleepless nights later. l decided to Google search mattress sales and or credit options for my zip code. The first result I saw was mattress firm website with a mattress sale and credit options. I immediately applied for credit I was accepted for two credit cards. A few more days later. I found myself walking into mattress firm store and meeting a wonderful salesperson and gentleman named Johnny. At that time upon entering the mattress firm store. I had no intentions of buying anything only intentions or plan was for me to add to my original research. Making sure that anything I saw online would match up in person or in that store. I have to say that I am very pleased with how quickly Johnny the sales person greeted me From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. I truly feel that Johnny was 1,000% extremely professional, knowledgeable, confident, articulate, patient, accommodating, detailed, focused, absolutely amazing etc. I honestly believe that if Johnny was not the one to be in that mattress firm store. I would have simply walked in, looked around and walked out without even considering to buy anything. I have never seen of young adult age handle themselves with such respect, decorum, professionalism, attentiveness to customers needs & details. Making customers feel that they are very important and never ever rushed to make a decision. Johnny is indeed an asset to mattress firm, I personally believe that one day very soon he may be a CEO of his own company. If I were Johnny's boss. I would do all I can to keep Johnny employed at that store. As far as I can tell. Johnny is the person keeping that mattress firm store open and lucrative. Johnny deserves recognition not just from this review but recognition from his employer and the person that signs his paychecks and or Corporate Office. . Thank you to whomever hired this young man they did that mattress firm store and this mattress firm customer a particular favor by doing so Thank you so much Sincerely Brenda Lucas

I have been buying mattresses at the mattress firm located on 17th and Chestnut the service has been extraordinary from the very beginning their knowledge was extensive about the different brands and styles and I would recommend them to anyone with absolutely no hesitation especially Antonio and Sarah
