Joe the main salesperson was very patient/ informative and helpful with the process of making my decision of what mattress to buy. Jen his boss was also the same and closed the deal on my bed purchase. Overall I was happy with my experience at mattress firm.

First mattress , power base and pillow was bought at mattress firm a year ago, and I recently bought a camper/toy hauler and knew that I wanted the same thing that I had in my bedroom at the house as my camper, so Jen was able to look up my original order so that made it simple as could be and was able to get me what I needed for my camper!

We were looking for some new mattresses for our kids and we stopped into Mattress Firm and we met Jen an incredible sales associate. She asked the right questions to help us find the right mattresses for the kids. She was very knowledgeable on the products sold at the store and was able to get us a great sales price on multiple beds and frames. I definitely will be back for our next bed purchase as this was easily the easiest sales experience we have had when purchasing a bed.
