Allstate Life Insurance Specialist: Saw Nwe

I've had a very horrible experience with this company I'm currently looking to find a new insurance company this people at Allstate lied to me on a number of times and went in to my account and raised my bill for no reason and when I complained about it they had all kinds of excuses that made no sense so no I wouldn't be recommending this company to anyone else.

Female employee contradicted the website and customer service agent on the phone and when I said that she laughed and said speak to my manager and hung up. Refused to give name. Rude. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Cancelled both mine and my parents cancelled their policy because of issues with her. As a whole, preys on the Vietnamese community who do not speak English and understand policies theyre being misled into yet gets an attitude and confrontational with those that do and not blindly trust them. To all children of Vietnamese parents, please be with them and read what theyre signing because it isnt what theyre being told. Edit: Found out the associates name from another person with issues. Phan/Fiona Chau is the customer service rep with the attitude
