        KARIM, the manager, displayed racism and a lack of respect towards senior citizens. I had an unfortunate experience at this hotel. I paid for my mother's stay from the 23rd to the 27th Dec 2023, and when she wished to extend, Karim refused assistance and shouted at her. It's disheartening that he raised his voice at a 70-year-old lady, displaying a lack of respect for senior citizens. The verbal abuse and refusal to help were unacceptable. I don't recommend this hotel due to the poor customer service. They should consider hiring managers with better customer service experience, and I now have concerns about my mother's safety there. Additionally, the hotel lacks proper customer service, hygiene, and housekeeping, and is abusive to their customers. Rooms: No housekeeping done. Dont recommend this place

The Hotel requires a credit card for room charges and incidentals, but unfortunately none of the provided cards were approved, and we are unable to accept an incidental charge card via the phone call made to your children.
