    The front desk was very professional and polite.. I went into the Facility to have rhe procedure . I had a CT scan on 4/8/24 and ended up having a contrast injection leak out from the vein to the tissues under my skin, this is called extravasation. It's very painful and my left arm is swelled very badly. The person who, did the procedure had no, one, look at it and told me it was going to be OK. It felt like my arm inside was going to erupt. She knew what she had done was incorrect and should have pulled out the needle and start again. But, didn't and continued the procedure. She didn't even tell me she had released the IV contrast. I had to speak up and tell her, why was my arm hurting so badly. She showed very poor judgment and , I suffered for her mistake or poorly decision on her part as a professional.

    To be fair Google if you want the truth for reviews to help others if a business doesn't deserve a star I shouldn't be subjective to given any at all just to give a review. Now !!!! This has to be one of the worst businesses Jefferson owns. In my opinion if it wasn't conveniently close in service and via medical for the referring doctor no one would show up. The location is hidden so it's possible to walk pass, getting into the parking lot from a certain street is the worst, standing in front of the building I thought I was standing in a safe area until I noticed cars can ride what I thought was the pavement. The steps to get in to the building are dangerous, the customer service needs training, the waiting area is filthy, clean the bathroom and fix the kiosk if you want patient to sign in that way. I would not recommend a spider to get service from this place. Jefferson step your game up if you really care about servicing the people.

    The staff was very friendly and tried very hard to get an IV but were unsuccessful- which I would never hold against a medical professional. What did concern me was the lack of cleaning that takes place. Once inside of the MRI scanner I eventually opened my eyes and immediately noticed blood splattered all over the top of the inside of the scanner. Since I had already gotten half way through my imaging I didn't mention it until the scan was over. When the scan was over I mentioned to the staff that there was blood in the scanner and the looked inside and said "We have no way to get in there to clean that." I am a little disgusted by that statement as well as concerned. I will not be returning to this site because of my concern with lack of cleaning practices and how I was brushed off after informing them about the blood.

    The employees at this location provided extremely efficient and exceptional care. I was worried that it might take a while to call me because there were so many people in the waiting area, but that was not the case. If you're in a wheelchair, the ramp is on the right side of the building, and this area is wheelchair accessible. The one thing about this site that I didn't like is that there is a dangerous-looking driveway in front of where the ramp sits. Additionally, I felt sick and nauseated since someone had pooped not far from the main door. Numerous employees passed by the disgusting feces, but none of them bothered to report it so that cleaning personnel could come and clean it up. The fact that they don't care to keep the place clean was revolting to witness.

    They advertise walk in appointments for X-rays so I took my script there after work only to be told they only have walk in appointments for X-rays during normal business hours. I would have called to confirm this but you cant get anyone on the phone. I was then told to walk over to 909 Walnut Street and theyll be able to take care of you. I go there and Im told no they dont but to go to the place that I just left because they do. Lol! What an absolute joke!
