Infectious Disease Care at Jefferson Hospital

The wound care center has a staff with a very high professional level of expertise. They keep you in their program until your wound is completely healed. The doctors and nurses are medically progressive in trying a variety of treatments until the problem is quickly and completely healed. The intensity of care found, never could be offered in a non-wound care setting. When the technical care of the staff is combined with such compassion ......I couldn't imagine a finer place to be treated for a complicated wound care issue. I only wish that I had an earlier recommendation to the wound care center.

I called and made an appointment that was 3 months out. They did not have anything available in the next three months. I checked MyChart and noticed there was no appointment listed. I called the office and they could not care less. So because of their incompetence I am suffering.

The post op staph infection they gifted me with 2 years ago has changed my vital life to Disabled.
