Marcelis Contracting

Public Don't believe any of the positive reviews. Marcelis Contracting (Francis Marcelis) is a scammer. He scammed me out of $15,000.00 on a contracting job, never doing the work promised. After three months of trying to get him to do the job he was put on notice by my attorney that if he did not show up the following week and complete the job, the contract would be terminated. He immediately agreed to show up every day starting Monday, but never did. I completed a background check to find that he has multiple criminal charges and convictions as well as multiple unpaid judgements. I implore you do your research if you are even considering hiring this scammer. Learn from my mistakes and do a full background check first. I have documentation to back up every single word in this review as well as documentation from my attorney backing up everything. I have a court date pending. Service: Remodeling

Fran Marcelis does excellent work. He is very conscientious and has a terrific work ethic. He does follow through with his commitment to a job. I am more than satisfied and grateful to him for the plumbing and ceiling repair he did in my row home recently.

Fran is excellent he is super clean Super organized very detail-oriented he goes above and beyond what is needed for him to do he even explained everything to me before, during and after He kept me up to date will everything. He is very trustworthy and has lots of great references .He left the place every day and clean up every day . Marcelis Contracting is the best!
