During the course of our remodel they were required to move some heating vents and ductwork. They refused to remove old grates and repair walls for vents that were no longer connected to the ductwork, they left it to me to install the new grates and fix the drywall, they removed branches from the duct work without plugging the holes it left so the heat doesn't get to the vents and finally they cut a hole in 1 of 3 return ducts to insert wood blocks that support a door frame upstairs. Doing so plugged the return. They taped over the hole to hide the wood blocks. The estimate for fixing the ductwork is 10K. Service: Remodelling

Steve and his team are amazing. I highly recommend their services for your home remodel. They added a primary bath to our older home in Fairmount and we loved the process and the result!

Steve built an addition on our house that had not one straight wall , floor even, or door that closed tight. Everything we didn’t like he would say “live with it and see if you still don’t like it than we will change it!” We can’t believe they are still in business.

I can echo what the other review says. Steve Shapiro, the owner, is very unprofessional. He had one appointment with me and showed up 25 minutes late with no phone call or text, just showed up 25 minutes late. He recommended a roofer do an inspection, one of his friends. His friend never showed up, never called, and disappeared. I tried contacting Steve for over an hour with no response. When he finally responded, it was a big “maybe it would be best if you found someone else to help you.” How does someone so unprofessional stay in business?
