        Extremely professional. Mark was there for everything we needed. I cant thank him and his staff enough for what they did and how respectful they were w my dad!! Thank you to the entire staff for making me feel so comfortable with handling my dad and helping this process to run smoothly. You guys are amazing

        Your webcasting services stinks. If it wasn't for a church member who had a Hotspot for WiFi I wouldn't have been able to view my Father's funeral mass. Your watch webmaster button on his obituary DIDN'T WORK. You should do your homework on WiFi capabilities of the church before you put the info on his obituary. I hope you correct your problems before another family has the same issue.

      Dear Mr. Saggiomo,We apologize that you were the only person to have such issues and encourage you to go to our Facebook page, where the video is saved, to view it as many times as you wish from this point forward. Over the pandemic, our livestream videos were viewed thousands of times and we never had a single viewing error - so again, we are sorry that this happened to you.The family of Mr. Andrew Saggiomo provided us with the link. We livestream all services on our Facebook page. The church, of which we do not control, does not have WiFi capabilities and we used a hotspot from one of our cell phones to stream Mr. Saggiomo's funeral mass.Through Facebook analytics, 11 people tuned into the full 64 minute stream of your father's funeral mass. We helped 3 people (in real time over the phone) access our Facebook page to view the mass.Feel free to give us a call with any further questions or concerns at 215-462-0992.
