Do not use this funeral home! Fair warning. Each of the posts below suggesting not to use them is not to be taken lightly. From the first day of contacting this funeral home, I was met with unprofessionalism. From eating on the phone, to passing the phone around to the next person who takes care of that area of business, to sending emails of documents that are photocopied and not official PDF documents. They rush you to make payment for the burial and when it comes to sending you your items and processing documentation, they take their time. Please note, that they do not ship items for free as a courtesy of paying astronomical fees for items such as keepsake urns. I paid $95 per each keepsake and they did not offer to ship for free. Not only that, they claim to have one cost for shipping, $25 which they do not clarify what it covers ground shipping or next day air shipping. In addition, they have been unprofessional in obtaining the death certificate, placing blame on the hospital stating that the hospital did not place a date on the certificate. A week later, they still do not have a certificate to produce. Do not use this service and check surrounding areas. The peace of mind will be worth it which is what I expected during this time and instead was met with more friction and turbulence trying to handle things on my own *Updated review in response to their below reply* As you see, their unprofessionalism shows. The least decency you could have is to keep our personal information out of a public post. Regarding your public knowledge of the $25 shipping fee, again, I asked your business what the $25 fee entailed and none of you had the decency to explain what the $25 went towards, whether it was ground shipping or next day air shipping. Instead, you decided to hang up the phone when I responded that you werent answering the question that I asked. And when I called back, chose to hang up the phone or send me to voicemail. My family member who is contacting you in person and I have a separate conversation from when you believe is happening, so like I said, your unprofessionalism continues to show. I suggest you make an edit to your post or remove it, again, for displaying our personal information on a public forum.

They did the funeral for my mom this year and it didnt resemble her in the casket at all. They may been good 10-15 years ago but they are horrible NOW! If there were negative ratings I would concur with negative ratings!!

Leave the authoritarianism at the door and leave people to mourn in peace! Shoving face diapers in your face as soon as you cross the threshold. Nasty attitude, almost screaming, "if you don't have on a mask, you can't stand here!" Unfortunately, I've been to five funerals this year and this is the ONLY one where I've been harrassed and yelled at. Face diapers do not work. This has nothing to do with safety, but some sort of control. During these sad times, no one wants to be harrassed. Mourning/celebrating life, however you want to look at it, being AFRAID of the most simple act of breathing is no way to live. The job of this place is to aid and comfort, not invoke some lame, senseless government "mandate" that has long been lifted. You people are pathetic.
