I give this place zero. I bought fabuwood cabinets a year and a half ago for a big kitchen and spent alot of money.They are wearing away and chipping if you just touch them very disappointed and this establishment will not help me. So upset.

I'm really happy with my BJ kitchen experience for my cabinet and counter purchase/installation!
They were really patient with me as a first time DIYer, walking me through all my options, hearing out what I was trying to do, and making it happen. My job was pretty small but I feel they gave me plenty of attention.
I'm especially impressed with the guys who came and made the template for the marble; they made a special cut to match my irregular exposed brick wall.
At no point did the team disrespect me, even though I'm a young woman and I didn't know exactly what I was doing. Also, they were a lot cheaper than the other quote I got.
In retrospect, I would have paid up front to keep things moving. they will do the work on deposits and accept payment to initiate delivery, but I found that added extra steps and wasted time.
Full disclosure, most people outside of the sales team did not speak English well. Still, they clearly know what they're doing, they're professional, and they got the job done despite communication challenges. I'll recommend them to friends and use them again for future projects
