        The in-store staff is pleasant enough, but unless you're "a big spender" in the eyes of the owner, don't expect any help (or even a response) from the owner. He was less than thrilled to help us with our kitchen counter remodel (no returned calls). I guess since we weren't a commercial client spending five figures, we don't warrant his time or attention. Sad that I spent so much money here over the years, prior to this. I guess my "chump change" purchases won't be missed.
