We love going here for all eyeglasses and eyecare needs. The staff and doctor are the best, so patient, knowledgeable and kind! Theyre even super awesome with my daughter who is autistic and need glasses.

Do not do business with them. Disgusting, ratchet, and nasty customer service. The low quality human being also know as the male reception wasnt sure if I paid for my contacts so he had to check with a supervisor. Very insulting for someone who paid $100 in cash. He called me the next day and said they dont know if I paid so once the supervisor responds he will call me back 3 days later. Fast forward to 7 days later I, a paying customer, got no call back. When I called I asked him when was he gonna call me back he said do you want your contact or do you want to argue? I lost it and cursed him out. He deserved every bit of it. Now Im calling to cancel my order and get my money back and hes not picking up. Calling Medicare soon because this is trash service.

2 stars because the doctor and the people who work there are good, but the first problem is that he was busy, I had an appointment and they saw me after an hour or even longer, the second problem was that they ordered glasses and they told me they would call me when they were ready. Never they called. I called and asked what happened? They told me that they called but that they had the wrong number, no problem, we all make mistakes so I believed them but the second time I went the same thing happened, they never called me. About 2 months passed and I went to the office to pick them up since they didn't call me. They called but they told me they were lost. Are you serious? They said they would arrive in a week, the week has passed and nothing!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
