I go too the rite aid at torresdalr and levick for like 7 years .same prescriptions same everything .and I find it offensive rude and annoying that for last few months I've had to pick up my prescription at castor and magee and there incredibly rude ,all but call you a liar and unprofessional as all hell because their lazy and don't wanna do there job.smh I had a prescription called in on Friday and following my prescription and knowing when with the insurance I can an cent fill it,also less than a year away with my degree on healthcare management which is all more advanced that a pharmacist but stating all this I get belittled and have to do there work.cant wait till I get my car or another one working so I can go to my normal one as this one lacks couth and integrity.3 thumbs down to the pharmacists working.smh

It's like pulling teeth trying to get a hold of the pharmacy. I called over and over again about two dozen times and not once did anyone answer. This rite aid on 6237 Torresdale is the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The first time I went in to see if my meds were ready they told me to come back in 2 hours. I came back in 4 hours and it still wasn't ready. They are very rude and unprofessional and wouldn't recommend this particular rite aid to my worst enemy. That was the one and only time I went there and wouldn't go back if they were the only pharmacy left open in Philly. They're horrible!!!

Considering this issue pharmacy are having I must of called all rite aids in my neighborhood. None of them had them one said possibly after the new year. This is horrible some of us life or death need are medicine. This back up with shipments are scary. But I came in here and was reassured that they have it.
I'll be back to let everyone know next week how it went.
