        For several years, my cat has been boarding at Philly Pet Hotel when I am out of town, and were both super pleased with the experience. They are such kind, caring, compassionate people, and Jelly Bean clearly enjoys the attention from and playtime with the staff. I appreciate the option to get text/photo updates of her stay. Im grateful that I can rely on the team there to take care of her while Im away. Highly recommend!

        We always use the Pet Hotel when we are traveling out of PHL. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The facilities are neat and clean. It's reassuring to know there is a veterinarian on site in the case of an emergency. Our pup is always happy to see us when we return but the main thing I notice is that he is never stressed or anxious. That let's us know our pup has been well cared for during his stay. Always recommend this place to our friends and family.
