        My recent visit to Ross left me utterly disappointed and disrespected. Despite spending over $300, I was treated with blatant prejudice and discrimination because of my Melanated skin. While I and my family were scrutinized and followed around, a white group strolled through without any hassle. The double standard was glaring, and it reeks of racism. I refuse to support a store that condones such discriminatory behavior. Ross, you've lost a loyal customer. It's time to shape up and treat all customers equally, regardless of race.

        Went to look for pants because it is nearby and the experience was extremely hostile overall. The security at the front door hold you arbitrarily before letting you in. There was a loud and obnoxious beeping playing over the intercom. I will not be shopping at this store anymore if they insist on prioritizing hostile loss prevention and anti-loitering measures over the experience of the customer.
