        Took two trips to make one purchase. They can't or won't look up credit cards. Be careful. One style item may have different prices. I had a handbag marked $22. Same bag from back of the rack was $38. No explanation. Gotcha!!

        The lady at the dressing room was rude. She was then at the checkout. Once her light went on I proceeded to walk to her register . She looked at me and said I dont know why youre standing here, I didnt call you and walked away. Shortly after, I asked to speak to the manager, while waiting I heard the same associate speaking loudly to another customer. The manager I spoke with didnt apologize for what occurred, only said Ill speak to her. I shop at this Marshalls in Franklin Mills all the time and I feel disappointed and discouraged from coming back. Hopefully, the manager will do his job and the associate is reprimanded.
