I moved from Philly to Delaware 2 years ago and come back to have Dr. Glen do my dental work. He is honest and professional as well as being an excellent dentist. His staff is great as well, friendly and very helpful. Mar 7th, 2023

Dr. Glen is an excellent dentist. He also has a way to relieve any anxiety you may have with getting dental work done. Excellent bed(chair)side manner. His staff is beyond friendly and the relaxed atmosphere (yet very professional) is also comforting. I can finally say, I do not dread going to the dentist! I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Glen and his staff! Feb 2nd, 2022

I was visiting my daughter from out of town and experienced a severe toothache when I arrived. in the late afternoon, I called several dentists but could not get a quick appointment. When I talked to Paula, Dr. Glen's receptionist, she said she could squeeze me in the next morning at 9:20. Upon my arrival, I noticed the office was very clean and the staff were very friendly and seemed to love working together. They got me right in and Dr. Glen told me he understood I was in great pain and had his assistant take an X-ray. It showed that I needed a root canal. He told me he would have Paula work to rearrange his schedule to make time for me. Paula moved some things around and asked if I could come back at 11:40, which I did. They immediately started on the root canal, and Dr. Glen made sure that I was doing ok and that I understood everything he was doing. They were done in an hour and I was pain free. Dr. Glen asked me to call back in a couple of days to let him know how I was doing. When I did, Dr. Glen himself got on the phone to check in with me. He and his entire staff provided excellent, friendly and caring service. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Oct 16th, 2022

AVOID! Where do I even begin. I went to Dr. Glen when I was newly pregnant because I broke a tooth. He proceeded to (have his assistant) put a giant temporary crown on which caused me immense pain and then put a permanent crown on that caused me to have the worst pain of my entire life. I called immediately and Dr. glen left me a voicemail after hours to tell me to come in so he could freeze my face. Is that even safe for pregnancy? Who knows but I doubt he cared. I declined the freeze and went back so he could determine what was going on and he proceeded to tell me I needed root canal through my brand new $600 crown and sent me on my way. This was one week after he placed the permanent crown. One week. Luckily I went to a great endodontist who took really good care of me and took minimal X-rays as I was 10 weeks pregnant and its preferable to have no X-rays taken during this crucial time. As if this nightmare couldnt get any worse, I had to go back to Dr. Glen to put a permanent filling in my $600 crown that they had to drill through and thinking he couldnt possibly mess that up.. I begrudgingly went back. Dr. Glen placed a permanent filling in the crown in July of 2021. Just this past month I started having issues with it (to no surprise to anyone) and a wonderful dentist removed his permanent filling to find he left cotton AND parts of the temporary filing underneath. Dr. Glen should be shut down for malpractice as he left parts of a temporary filing in my mouth for over a year which could have caused an abundance of issues. I intend to explore this further to get a remedy for the botched work and the amount of money I paid this guy but wanted everyone to beware. To add insult to injury I found out he submitted a claim to my insurance for the visit where I walked in for pain and he simply said oh you need root canal and sent me on my way insurance fraud at its finest too. Not surprised. Jul 31st, 2022

I went to my appointment, had films done. I have quite a bit of dental work but get regular dental care. People were nice, but the information I received was subsequently and substantially incorrect. First I was told my front incisors were extensively decayed, which had never been reported by my previous dentist, and was debunked by the office I decided to use afterwards. I need an implant, received bone grafting last Sept, he referred me to someone I decided not to use. I have a small bridge he claimed was falling out which was also debunked by my new dentist. He claimed I needed a deep scaling, which was debunked by my new dental office, received a regular cleaning, regardless of that, the automaton at the desk never called to get any pre-approvals and acted surprised every time I called. I requested my xrays and previous records for the new office, they weren't sent and I had to actually call from the dentist chair to have them sent. No follow up, no interest in retaining me as a patient and questionable conclusions plus complete unresponsiveness in over 6 weeks from ineffectual front office management. You can do MUCH better than this practice, my experience was pathetic. Mar 29th, 2022
