Well, first of all. They gave me a 10am appointment and I wasn't seen until almost 1pm... They did not have the common decency to apologize for any delay or inconvenience. They were very nonchalant and just carried on with they're day as if they were in no rush. I asked multiple times when I was going to be seen and they just kept telling me I was next, As i'm seeing everyone else being attended except for me. Also there were so many people in the waiting room that there weren't enough seats and at least three people were standing including the elderly. Also, all the equipment looks very dated. I will not be returning.

I was recently there for filling my appointment was at 4:30pm I didnt leave until 6:45pm. The dentist that was there refused to do all 4 of my fillings because she is too busy and has other patients. She injected the numbing medicine without telling me. I jumped because she did not tell me what she was going to do. No warning at all. Now i have to pay additional co-payment because the dentist failed to manage her time. I was very upset the dental assistant was very nice and apologized for the dentist. Dentist did not apologize for the way she treated me. The dentist kept going in and out of different rooms this is cross contamination. They refused to do all 4 and did only 1 because she wanted to go home. She told me if I wanted to have all 4 of them done I should have come earlier in the day. I left my work early and list my time for no reason if I go back to them I hav to pay a copay again this is not fare that I have to pay twice because the doctor could not do her job right.

I went to the Smile Team because they were In Network. I hated my teeth and told Dr Doscher that I wanted all of my teeth extracted and I want dentures. I was tired of so many dentists taking advantage of my insurance and me. She understood and presented me with a real solution that was cost effective. I decided to give it a try. My teeth look amazing and Im beyond satisfied. I will advise you that Dr Doscher and her team are very very busy. They have a large number of patients and there is a reason whyTHEY ARE THE BEST! Cleanings are usually quick but more extensive work takes time. They dont rush you out of the chair so occasionally, you will have a wait. You being on time helps them to be on time. Trust the process and let them do the work.
