The Precision team that replaced my existing wood deck with Trex was great! The coordinator, Chelsea, was helpful and accommodating, and the installation crew, led by Patrick, was very professional. Dan Bowen was accessible and responsive to questions and concerns during and after the project. I highly recommend Precision for a job done right!

Working with Precision was a real pleasure. Dan, Patrick, and the crew were exceptional in their attention to detail and craftsmanship, but more than that, they really paid attention to us during the process. They were careful around the property, they took great pains to make sure they did not damage floors, walls, or otherwise while working or in-loading the materials. They were always right on time, and always showed up when they said they would. Their expertise about how to build what we envisioned was perfect -- every corner square, every line straight, everything even and solid. The end result was excellent and beautiful. I can't recommend them more highly.

Our family had a great experience with Precision Decks & Remodeling and would highly recommend them. When I first contacted Precision, they immediately got back to us to schedule a consultation. Soon thereafter, Dan came out to view our current third-floor city deck, opine on whether it could be salvaged, and went over our options for a replacement deck. The team quickly put together a quote for our project with a estimated time frame for completion. Once we were under contract, Chelsea provided regular updates on the status of the project and was super responsive to all of the questions we asked. The Precision team also handled the City permitting process for us, which was great. To our pleasant surprise, Precision was ultimately able to start our deck replacement project several months before the initial estimated installation date. During the construction process, the crew was friendly and courteous, and went out of their way to minimize disruptions for us while we were working from home with a young child at home as well. Precision finished the project very efficiently, the final product looked great, and we are now enjoying the use of our deck over the summer. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience with Precision and would highly recommend them for your decking needs in the Philadelphia area.
