Philadelphia Quality Roofing

Ill preface this by saying they did not do any physical work at my house. Im leaving this review because they are extremely poor communicators. Was speaking with Tom several times planning a project, last he wrote to me he was working on a plan. Then he stops responding to emails, then ignores phone calls. I called his business multiple times leaving multiple messages with receptionist Lindsey. Each time with a promise of a call back, never returned and with no explanation. A month went by of promises while my issue continued to worsen, now starting all over again.

I saw Philadelphia Quality Roofing on my local news station and called them the next day. I spoke to Lynsey who was very helpful and they were at my house within hours to remove snow from my roof and inspect it. All of the workers were very nice and professional. They answered any questions that I had and provided me with pictures of my roof for my records. I really appreciate Lynsey who was so professional, knowledgeable, caring and patiently walked me through what was going on with my roof, my roofing options and ways that I could pay for the services. They did an amazing job! I truly recommend them for any roofing services.
