I love Zolas Learning Academy my daughter attends currently she is 1 and is soon to be 2 years old. The staff cares for her very well she is always happy to go and plays well with the children her age. She is learning so much being at Zolas. I also recommended them to my cousin to bring her daughter who is 11months and her baby attends as well. I give them a 10/10 for the service they provide for my daughter. Highly recommend you wont be disappointed .

I can only say remarkable things about Zolas Learning Academy. Zolas strives in flourishing children minds for play and learn. The staff are engaging and attentive to needs. I am very happy having my child attend and reassured they are well taken care of.

Very bad experience, after 2 weeks they bit my 2 year old son because they couldn't handle him. Because he doesn't share and sometimes fights with other children. The most normal thing in 2-year-old children, especially when they are just adapting to a new environment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT They didn't take the time to get to know him, much less teach him how to relate to other children. Few professionals, not trained to deal with children.

Business Response on Google Apr 11th, 2024
Although disappointed, I must say that I am not at all surprised by your attempt to discredit our child care center. As her husband, Mrs. Mejia, explained to her, the behavior of her 2-year-old children (3 in November) was not the only reason I made the decision to break up, but more so, her behavior as a parent. It can be difficult to provide care for children when parents do not honestly disclose negative behaviors to the caregiver, but even more so when parents are constantly met by care staff with a wall of denial when such behaviors are presented. When help was needed for reorientation and facilitation of positive growth and development, we were met with religious proclamations that it could never be that way because you are Christians and attend church. We are responsible for the safety and well-being of over 20 children and I believe that continuing to provide care for your family would have done them a disservice. You may be angry that we can no longer meet your child care needs, but we are confident that the best decision has been made for the remaining families and staff, especially the family of the baby that your son continually hit the other day and I provided her husband with video proof. Thanks and good luck.
Although disappointed I must say I am not at all surprised by your attempt to discredit our child care facility. As explained to your husband Mrs. Mejia, your 2 year old children's behaviors (3 in November) were not the only reason I made the decision to terminate but moreover, your behavior as the parent. It can be difficult to provide care to children when parents do not disclose negative behaviors honestly to the caregiver, but even more so when the caregiving staff is constantly met by the parents with a brick wall of denial when presented with said behaviors. Where assistance with redirection and the facilitation of positive growth and development were needed, we were instead met with religious proclamations of how it could never be so because you're Christian people who frequent church. We are responsible for the safety and welfare of over 20 children and continuing to provide care for your family I believe, would have been a disservice to them. You may be angry because we are no longer able to meet your child care needs but we are sure the best decision has been made for the families that remain and staff, especially the family of the infant child your son continuously hit on the other day which I provided your husband video proof of. Thank you and best of luck.
