I absolutely love I.C Your Infants & Toddlers Daycare. Hands down the best in philly. Ive been with them since my son was a few weeks old. Been a single mom I had to return back to work early and was nervous about childcare. Im so thankful to all the staff here. They are loving and patient. My son is now 3 years old and he loves it here.

I can't even begin to explain how thankful I am for I.C. Your Infants and Toddlers. I found myself in desperate need of child care after family members were no longer able to keep my 2 year old son. As a first time mother, I was riddled with anxiety trying to find adequate care for my son. I.C. Your Infant and Toddlers has alleviated all of my fears. My son wakes up excited every morning to go to daycare and he is thriving under their care. His social skills and vocabulary have improved immensely. They are also spearheading his potty training. I cant thank Inez, Charmaine and the rest of the staff enough for all they has done for us. I have no doubt in my mind that any child that attends their childcare center will receive the same care.

Working for I.C.Y.I&T daycare was definitely a great experience. I've worked for a family business before but the owners (Inez and Charmaine) are by far the best employer's I've worked for. They made me feel like apart of their own family, they treated the kids like their were their own kids or grandkids lol. They have an open door policy good or bad I knew I could go to one of them to discuss situation. Any new ideas anyone had for the children we would all come together as a team to discuss whether or not it would be beneficial. The children at the daycare are another reason why I loved my job. Seeing their smiling faces when I would come through the door is an image I will never forget. Every week our director Sharee had a exciting lesson plan ready for the children. The kids love circle time, they knew all the daycare rules and would remind each other if one of them forgot. If I could take everyone with me when I left, I definitely would. I miss the staff and the children everyday.
