Karla is the best hairstylist ever!! She has been doing my hair for almost 20 years! She is the only person I trust with my hair! Highly recommend her. She has taken me from black to blonde with no damage, to red and back to black and my hair has stayed healthy through all of it. Her cuts and styles are A+++!

I know theft is a real issue in general, but I wish the employees didn't make it seem like I shouldnt be there or shopping around was an inconvenience. Honestly, shopping online is easier at this point. I guess trying new perfume is going to take a pause. The Estee Lauder reps and makeup employees are great . Other ulta employees unfortunately not so much. I requested a perfume I was familiar with and the employee refused to allow me to even touch it until I purchased it first. I spent abt 300 in the store and honestly I wish I spent it elsewhere.

My girlfriend and I went to Ulta to buy hair supplies. The store associate we talked to was actually a manager.her name is Dee. Dee helped us and really took her time with each product we had questions on. Thank you Dee for helping us. You gave us such special attention. We will come back again. Your service was exceptional. I went to the salon for the first time & OMG it was amazing! I recommend Carly, shes very nice and knows exactly what shes doing. Ill definitely be coming back again.
