Terrible Took money off my card and wouldn't give me my meds for my daughter and her insurance authorized it to go thru

Made me wait 30 minutes when no one was in store for a free test kit. They then tried to charge me $30. Nasty people in Pharmacy dept. Clerk at front of store had to help to get me the free kit via my insurance.

Store is clean and fairly organized though a little cramped. Reason for the three stars? It's shoplifter heaven and nobody tries to stop them. One after another they walk in and walk out with what they want. My last visit a male customer was telling the manager that someone was stealing expensive merchandise. The manager replied..I can't do anything and I'm not allowed to. The workers there are so afraid they turn their heads and let them take what they want. I only go in there when it's absolutely necessary. It's a shame because it' really nice area. The shoplifters however, know how easy it is and I guess they tell all their friends. I was told by an employee that this store was recently robbed. I wonder why? Make it easy for them and they will keep coming. I don't have any plans to go back any time soon!
