HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING! We paid for Kelsey's expeditor services which she terribly bungled, leading to months of delays. On top of that, she is BLACKMAILING us by refusing to allow us access to our own permits unless we pay her an additional exorbitant fee ($40k to $60k!!!). The permits are set to expire and she refuses to allow us to extend them. All of this was after we provided her a friendly reference for getting an apartment. In hindsight, that should have been a red flag that she literally had no one to vouch for her except for a client she just met. Beware of this con artist. A truly awful person and we have contacted legal counsel for our remedies.

It started off being great with Kelsey, but then they started lacking in communication. She took money from us, and some of her other clients, and left us empty handed. Luckily we are able to figure out navigating accordingly, but now so much time and money has been spent on items we thought Kelsey would handle.

I found Philly Kelsey and Co when l was so frustrated with dealing with L&I. I watch one of YouTube videos and was sure I needed Kelsey in my life. She is friendly,outgoing and knows how to make the impossible possible. You won't find a better firm to handle your L& l issues.

Kelsey & Co were essential in getting my permits through during Covid and while the City rolled out a new system which NO ONE knew how to use. She also helped my contractor navigate getting his licenses and insurances up to spec in order for everyone to be legit. I couldn't have done it without her help! Many thanks!

Hardworking and knowledgeable makes Kelsey and Co my go to expediter and tax abatement filer. Very pleased with their work, communication and can do/ get it done attitude. Highly recommend.
