Patient Care Coordination

Very unprofessional staff. Receptionist Mary hung up on me several times when I called for a client. I told her she was upset because Mary treated her badly. She stated she was going to call my client I begged her not to. She already upset her. She hung up on me. I can not get a hold of anyone they all seem to be in on the same page. They all cover each other. I called to the finance department and they said someone would call me its been almost a week and no call. My clients coordinator has not called her till this day. This is bad business I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I never threatened any of your staff iam a professional. I would never do that. Your staff is rude and unprofessional to say the least. I identified myself and spoke to your staff as nice as possible being that she was so rude.

Truly a wonderful place to work. One of my favorite employers in the social services arena. Of course, the work itself is pretty tedious and the MCO's continue to change things daily, but I continue to receive the support and assistance I need in order to be successful and productive. I enjoy going into the office even though we have the option of remote work since everyone is so inviting and smiles all the time. Of course, can't forget the constant food between breakfasts and lunches, which the Executive Director makes available all the time. It's a sigh of relief now to come to work and deal with a great team. Thanks for all you guys do! :-)

I've worked at PCC for a year and had a great experience. The environment is amazing and you are rewarded for just doing your job. Candy deliveries to your home, raffles, holiday events.....these are all things they show how employees actually mean something to the business. Today was my last day, but PCC will always be a place to return too if need be. I wish PCC the best in continued success!
