Customer Service is terrible!!!! I'm trying to return a jacket that I paid $165.00 for and I cannot get anyone to email me with the proper info I need to do so. I followed all the correct directions on my end on how to make a return. I get it's a busy time of year but work harder to accommodate your customers that are spending a lot of money on your items!!!! Don't think I will be ordering again from Mitchell & Ness. Plus to return the item it cost me $21.00. You guys are disgusting.

Order placed Dec 4th checked to see status and says still processing, its now Dec 12 and still processing. Have sent 8 emails concerning this matter and not one response from anyone poor poor customer relations. I give ZERO STARS 1 is too kind

I ordered large quantities and 15 T-SHIRTS MISSING! I called and emailed them many times, but no response! I will get to the bottom of this!!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE. Worst shopping experience ever. How is a multinational brand so horrible with logistics and customer service? I paid for 2 day shipping and it took a month to receive my order. They dont answer phone calls. Email support is not great. They still blame COVID for shipping delays and not answering phones. Its about to be 2023, COVID is not a valid excuse. I did not get charged for my item until 2 weeks after it was delivered to me. Not sure how that makes sense. I tried to return my item because it arrived over a month late. The do not reimburse for taxes and shipping charges. They will also not give you a return label. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY!!

Incredible product. Horrible customer experience. Phone calls go unanswered, emails are not returned, voicemail is ignored. Confirmed sales are reversed days later. Sorry, but Covid is no longer a valid excuse. I am disappointed that this company is actually in Philadelphia. Maybe soon they will be replaced by one in China?
