The culture of lakewinds global is great But The income for this job is not stable enough to properly project the cost of living and basic life needs. Word of advice to you Lucas if you expect to see real growth in your company as a manager/ owner you need to fix a few character traits you lack compassion and understanding for other people. when your boss makes you feel like youre just a $$$$ to him people wont put up with that!!! if your expecting people to do a certain amount of apps come out to the field yourself for a day!!!! Every job Ive had thats what management does nothing should be beneath you Lucas It shows a lack of character and a lack of maturity. Would not recommend as a job.

The management talks a good game, but needs to improve on his character as a leader and a manager. He has a lack of consideration for others. He only cares about how much money youre making for him and not you as a person. The pay is great when the customers are receptive but its commission base only. No sells no money and you are not properly compensated for gas. Would not recommend!
